Aims
1.    To offer greater outreach to pastoral agents as animators and formators of ecclesial communities starting from the grass-roots level.
2.      To equip animators and formators with skills for the Biblical Apostolate.
3.       To train agents of evangelisation in the use of the press and electronic media.
4.    To form animators, co-ordinators of Christian Religious Education, Sex Education and the Social Teachings of the Church in both formal and informal sectors.
5.  To offer an on-going Christian formation to pastors, professionals and all agents of evangelisation in all sectors of human life in order to empower them to be effective in their various ministries, and in their priestly, prophetic and royal roles in church and world.
